Hyundai Heavy Industries was established with Shipbuilding Divison, Engine & Machinery Divison, In March 1972. As our size grows and the number of products we service for our clients increases, we have learned that with the existing organization structure we might not operate as efficient as we have been, and it might take longer than it used to meeting the expectation of our clients. Bearing in mind our goal of hearing clients’ voices and thus in turn maximizing their satisfactions, we made a firm decision to create a new organization, Hyundai Global Service Co., Ltd.
