Hyundai Global Service is specialized in providing guarantee services for ships built by the world's best shipyard HHI Group (HHI, HSHI, HMD). It produces about 200 vessels per year including Drillship / FPSO / LNG / PCC / TANKER / CONTAINER We are dealing with customer claims.
Based on our abundant experience and professional workforce, we provide high-level technical service to various needs of our customers, and by establishing one-stop service system, we can minimize the inconvenience of customer due to ship defect.

In addition to the warranty period on the contract, we also provide services for customer satisfaction until the end of the ship's life.
We have introduced a 'LIFETIME SERVICE' system to secure a database of all vessels built by HHI Group and provide the information that customers need immediately.
We provide various information about the ship, detailed drawings, the equipment installed on the ship, and the technical information.
