Substantial over-lubrication at low load generates deposits on the piston crown and rings increasing the risk of damage to the cylinder liners. By adapting the new lubricator layout, the Alpha Lubricator, a complete lubrication optimization at all engine loads is now possible.
Major components are Alpha Lubricator, Pump Station, Loadransmitter, Trigger System (shaft encoder) and Backup Trigger System.
